Rates above are subject to HST (13%).

Due to space limitations in this intimate conference setting, registration is only available online prior to the symposium and will not be available at the door.

All Speakers, Poster Presenters, Co-Authors, and other Attendees are required to pay the registration fee.

Regular and student registrations include full access to the technical program, breakfast, lunch, and coffee breaks at the venue during the Symposium, and the Icebreaker Reception at the Holiday Inn Waterfront.

 

Regular and student registrations include one ticket to the technical tour and banquet dinner in the Brockville Tunnel. An additional ticket for the technical tour and banquet dinner may be purchased for a companion.
 

Note that a separate ticket must be purchased for the optional Icebreaker Boat Cruise following the reception.

A printed copy of the Symposium proceedings is also included with regular and student registration. Digital copies of the Symposium proceedings will be available after the Symposium from the CARMA website.
